TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY
ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 16. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL
RIGHTS REGARDING HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
Welcome to Alliant Coworking (hereinafter referred to as «the Company,» «we,» or «the
Space»), located in Orlando, Florida. By creating an account or booking an office or meeting
room through our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service («Terms»).
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Nature of the Agreement: License, Not Lease
You expressly acknowledge and agree that this agreement creates a revocable license for the
use of shared office space and does not constitute a lease or confer any real property tenancy
rights under the laws of the State of Florida (Florida Landlord-Tenant Law).
● Space Control: The Company retains legal possession and full control of the facilities.
We reserve the right to relocate your workspace or terminate this license as provided in
these Terms.
3. Payment, cancellation and refund for office use
● Payment: Payment will be deducted from your registered payment method based on
the type of office selected and the time of use.
● Cancellation and Refund Notice: For hourly office rentals, you may cancel your
reservation at any time and receive a refund. However, a refund will only be issued if
the reservation is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. You must
notify us of your cancellation by sending an email to info@alliantcoworking.com or a
letter to our offices located at 5850 T G Lee Blvd Suite 460, Orlando, Florida, 32822 .
For cancellations of offices reserved for more than one month, the terms of the private
office space license agreement signed between the user and Alliant Coworking will
apply.

4. Communications and Marketing (FTSA and TCPA)
Given our location in Florida, we strictly comply with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act
(FTSA) and the federal TCPA law.
● Express Consent: By providing your phone number and ticking the corresponding
consent box on our site, you expressly authorize Alliant Coworking to send you text
messages (SMS) and make marketing calls, including those using automated systems
(autodialers) or prerecorded messages.
● Right of Revocation (Opt-Out): You can revoke your consent to receive marketing text
messages at any time by replying with the word STOP to any message.
● Unconditional: Your consent to receive marketing is not a condition of purchasing goods
or services or using the space.
5. House Rules (Code of Conduct)
To ensure a productive and safe environment, all users must comply with the following rules.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of office access:
● Guest Policy: Only authorized individuals are permitted access. These individuals include
employees, contractors, clients, and guests of the user who are engaged in lawful
business activities. Users must register their guests. You are responsible for the conduct
and any damage caused by your guests. Guests may not use the space without your
presence.
● Noise and Behavior: Keep phone conversations and discussions at a respectful volume.
Harassment, discrimination, or illegal behavior in the coworking will result in immediate
termination of office use, without refund.
● Internet Use: You will not use our network for illegal activities, including but not limited
to: illegal downloads of copyrighted material (BitTorrent/P2P), hacking, malware
distribution, spamming, or accessing child pornography. You are responsible for securing
your own devices (using antivirus software and firewalls). The Company is not
responsible for security breaches on your personal devices connected to our shared
network.
● Illegal or disruptive activities are not permitted.
● You must keep the office clean and in good condition.

6. Virtual Office and Mail Handling
If your service includes mail reception, the following will apply:
• Scope of Service: The Virtual Office service includes the receipt of standard business
correspondence addressed to the User, as well as timely notification of its arrival. This service
does not include storage or logistical handling.

• Size and Weight Allowed: Alliant Coworking will only accept correspondence and packages
that meet the following specifications:
o Standard Correspondence: letters, envelopes, and documents without limit, provided
they do not accumulate.
o Small Packages Allowed: up to 10 x 10 x 10 inches (25 x 25 x 25 cm) and a maximum of
20 lbs.
Packages exceeding these dimensions may be rejected or accepted only for immediate pickup,
subject to staff availability.
• Accumulation and Storage: Alliant Coworking does not store correspondence or packages for
more than 5 business days.
After this period, the User authorizes Alliant Coworking to:
o Return the package to the sender, or
o Apply a daily storage fee according to the current fee.
• Prohibited Shipments: For security and operational capacity reasons, the following will NOT
be accepted:
o Large packages exceeding permitted dimensions.
o Moving boxes, furniture, appliances, or bulky items.
o Recurring commercial inventory or any shipment involving logistics or warehouse
operations.
o Hazardous, perishable, or restricted items as defined by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other
courier service.
• Notification and Collection: The User will be notified by email or SMS upon receipt of any
mail or package.
The User must collect their packages within 5 business days of notification.
To allow collection by a third party, prior written authorization from the User is required.
• Limited Liability: Alliant Coworking will not be liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by
external carriers or by the User’s failure to collect items on time.

• Right to Modify: Alliant Coworking reserves the right to update these policies at any time to
ensure the efficient operation of the service.
7. Meeting Room
● FOR INDIVIDUALS USING AN OFFICE OR DESK ONLY FOR A FEW HOURS: Meeting room
reservations must be made through the booking portal. The cost of the reservation will
be charged to the registered payment method based on the number of people and the
number of hours reserved. Meeting room reservations are subject to availability.
● FOR INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES WITH A SIGNED PRIVATE OFFICE LICENSE
AGREEMENT: Using one of our offices entitles you to use the Meeting Room at no
additional cost (complimentary hours) for a specified number of hours, which will be
established in the usage agreement. This number of hours depends on the office you are
using. The above is subject to Meeting Room availability. In the event that more hours
of the Meeting Room are required (in addition to the courtesy hours), A reservation
must be made through the booking portal, and the current fee must be paid. 20%
discount will be applied to the charged fee.
Meeting Room Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your booking at any
time and be entitled to a refund. However, a refund will only be issued if the booking is
cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
8. Services included in the booking fee
● Use of common areas including the kitchen, restrooms, and Meeting Room (only for
individuals or companies with a signed private office space license agreement). The
Meeting Room requires prior reservation.
● High-Speed Internet and HVAC.
9. Other services (not included in the office usage fee)
Printing + Scanning + Copying: You can print, scan, or copy documents. You can print in black
and white (grayscale) or color. Depending on the number of copies, scanned documents, and
the color type selected for your prints (black and white (grayscale) or color), you will need to
pay the applicable fee for these services.
10. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that you do not own any rights to the Company’s name, trademarks, or
website content. You grant the Company the right to use your trade name and logo in our user
directory (unless you request exclusion in writing).

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
● «As Is» Service: Services are provided «as is» and «as available.» We do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free internet service.
● Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your belongings. Alliant Coworking is
not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the space.
● Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Alliant
Coworking will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. The Company’s total liability for any
claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the last three (3)
months.
12. Compensation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alliant Coworking, its affiliates, owners, and
employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal
fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or
third-party rights; or (c) any physical or property damage caused by you or your guests in the
coworking space.
13. Video surveillance
You acknowledge that the common areas of our Orlando facilities are monitored by security
cameras (CCTV) for the safety of guests and staff. There is no expectation of privacy in open
common areas.
14. Privacy
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can view on our
website: www.alliantcoworking.com. This includes compliance with the Florida Information
Protection Act (FIPA) in the event of a data breach.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated terms will be posted on this website with
the «Last Updated» date (located at the top of these Terms of Use). Updated terms will become
effective immediately upon posting. Your continued relationship with us or your continued use of
our website or services after such updates become effective will constitute acknowledgment
and, where applicable, acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.
 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Orlando,
Florida, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
 Class Action Waiver: You and the Company agree that any proceedings will be
conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class or representative action.
 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to its conflict of law principles.
