This Privacy Policy describes how Alliant Coworking collects, uses, protects, and discloses your
personal information when you use our workspaces, website, Wi-Fi networks, and associated
services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We are committed to complying with United States state and federal laws, including the Florida
Information Protection Act (FIPA) , the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA) , and the
federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) .
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information necessary for managing your access to the booking portal,
security, and marketing communications.
A. Information that you provide to us directly
● Contact Information: Name, email address, postal address, and mobile phone number.
● Identification Information: For building security in Orlando, we may request government-
issued identification (Driver’s License or Passport). We comply with Florida Statute §
322.143 , limiting the use of this information strictly to identity verification and fraud
prevention.
● Financial Data: Credit/debit card or bank account information (processed through secure
payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS), company name, billing physical address, and
billing email address.
B. Information collected automatically
● Access and Security Data: Records of keycard usage, access codes, and CCTV
recordings in common areas of our Florida facilities.
● Network Activity (Wi-Fi): When you connect to our Wi-Fi, we may log your device’s MAC
address, IP address, connection times, and data volume to ensure network security and
compliance with our «House Rules (code of conduct)».
● Digital Data: IP address, browser type, approximate geolocation and interactions with our
website through cookies and pixels.
● Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies
to collect and analyze information about your use of the Services and report on activities
and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites,

3. Purposes of the processing (How we use your data)
We use your information for the following business purposes:
1. Service Management: Process payments, book offices, book meeting rooms, and
manage physical access to offices.
2. Security: Monitoring security cameras (CCTV) in public areas to prevent crime and ensure
the safety of members, in accordance with Florida surveillance laws.
3. Marketing and Communications (Express Consent):
○ Send newsletters and exclusive offers via email.
○ Making promotional phone calls and sending promotional text messages (SMS),
subject to your prior express written consent (see Section 4).
4. Behavioral Advertising and Remarketing: Using tracking technologies (such as the
Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads) to show you relevant ads on other websites based
on your previous browsing.
4. Marketing communications : TCPA and FTSA
compliance
4.1 «One-to-One» Consent (FCC Rule 2025)
To comply with federal regulations in effect since 2025, we require your explicit written
consent specifically for Alliant Coworking. We do not share your marketing consent with
«external partners» or sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4.2 Text Messages (SMS) and Calls
By ticking our consent box on the registration form, you agree to receive marketing calls and
text messages (including those sent via an automatic dialing system) to the number provided.
● Right of Revocation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the receipt of SMS at any time by replying
with the word STOP to any message.
● Unconditional: Your consent is not a condition for purchasing services or renting offices.
4.3 Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by emailing us at

Orlando, Florida, 32822.
Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not mean you will stop receiving
important business communications related to your current relationship with us, such as service

messages, security alerts, invoices, and updated terms and conditions.
5. Disclosure of information to third parties
We do not sell personal information for money. However, we may share information with the
following categories of third parties for operational purposes:
● Service Providers: Payment processors, coworking management software (CRM), and
cybersecurity services.
● Advertising Platforms: We share limited identifiers (cookies, encrypted/hashed email
addresses) with platforms such as Google and Meta to facilitate targeted advertising
(«sharing» as defined by CPRA).
● Legal Authorities: If we are required by a summons, court order, or to cooperate with law

Since we serve members from various states, we recognize the following rights:
6.1 Florida Residents
● Breach Notification (FIPA): In the event of a security breach affecting your sensitive
personal information (such as SSN or financial data), we will notify you and the Florida
Department of Legal Affairs within 30 days of the determination of the breach, in
accordance with state law.
● Telemarketing Protection (FTSA): We strictly respect your right not to receive unsolicited
calls and maintain an internal «Do Not Call» list.
6.2 Residents of California and Other States with Comprehensive
Laws (VA, CO, CT, UT)
If you reside in a state with comprehensive privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA), you have
additional rights:
● Right to Know and Access: Request a copy of the personal data we have collected about
you.
● Right to Delete: Request the deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions such as tax
records).
● Right to Opt Out («Do Not Sell or Share»): You have the right to tell us not to «share»

6.3. Do Not Call
If you would like your phone number added to our internal telemarketing «Do Not Call» register,
please contact us using the information in Section 17 (Contact Us). Include your first and last
name, company name, and the phone number you would like added to our «Do Not Call»
register.
6.4. Do Not Track
While some internet browsers offer a «Do Not Track» or «DNT» option that allows you to
tell websites you don’t want your online activities tracked, these features are not yet
uniform, and there is no common standard adopted by industry groups, technology
companies, or regulators. Therefore, we do not currently participate in any «Do Not
Track» or «DNT» framework that would allow us to respond to signals or other
mechanisms related to the collection of your Personal Data.
7. Video surveillance and physical privacy
For your safety, we use closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras in common areas (entrances,
reception, hallways).
● Notice: By entering our Orlando facility, you consent to being recorded in these areas.
● Restrictions: We do not install cameras in areas where there is a reasonable expectation
of privacy (bathrooms), in strict compliance with Florida Statute § 810.145 on video
voyeurism.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect
your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. By using our services, you
acknowledge this inherent risk.
9. Data retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set
out in this policy.
10. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our services are exclusively for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13. If we discover that we have data from a child under 13, we
will delete it immediately.

11. Changes in policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy. The updated policy will be posted on this website with
the «Last Updated» date (located at the top of this policy). If we make updates or modifications
to this policy that significantly affect your privacy rights, we will notify you in more detail, for
